DEMINETEC looking for Commercial manager

You will have to participate to the definition of the strategy of development in Ukraine and implement it in collaboration with the CEO DEMINETEC

DEMINETEC specializes in mine action and UXO clearance operations for 30 years. DEMINETEC carries out identification and neutralization of mines and explosive devices by personnel trained and qualified according to UN and NATO standards.

By creating its subsidiary in Ukraine, DEMINETEC has decided to put its expertise into the major project of mine clearance in Ukraine.

As part of its development in Ukraine, DEMINETEC is looking for his Commercial manager to work directly with the Chief executive officer of DEMINETEC Ukraine.

Job description  

You will have to participate to the definition of the strategy of development in Ukraine and implement it in close collaboration with the CEO DEMINETEC Ukraine.

General missions:

• Operational deployment/declination of the strategy
• Management of commercial and administrative activity
• Interface with state authorities,

Activities and responsibilities

• Reports on progress to management
• Supervise local sales activity
• Organizes the overall management of calls for tender and consultations
• Provide customer advice
• Liaise with local authorities
• Negotiates, refines and proposes commercial offers within the limits of your delegations
• Responds to calls for tender and customer consultations in conjunction with technical management
• Follow-up customer relations
• Search for subcontractors and suppliers
• Business development
• Participate in the local recruitment process
• Represent the company at local events, with business partners and institutional

Initial training / professional experience:

• Strong regulatory, economic and commercial culture
• Mastery of public and private procurement
• Team management

Skills required:

• You have a high level in written and spoken English.
• You have a good experience in public and private procurement in Ukraine
• You have strong communication skills
